Torchy’s Tacos' July Taco of the Month is the Prawn Star

To usher in the start of summer, the Austin-based craft casual taco brand, Torchy’s Tacos, just debuted a new Prawn Star taco.

Torchy’s Tacos' new Prawn Star taco is the brand's July Taco of the Month. The fresh new offering starts with a crispy tandem tortilla, made from a blend of flour and corn. The tortilla is then topped with a light and refreshing coconut lime shrimp ceviche, fresh mango, creamy avocado, cilantro, and melted jack cheese. As Torchy’s Tacos' founder Mike Rypka explains: "With a mix of unique flavor combinations, including cool and refreshing coconut lime shrimp ceviche and fresh summer flavors like mango and avocado, the Prawn Star reflects the dedication we have to innovation and incorporating fresh ingredients in everything we make."
