Torchy's Tacos has is kicking off spring in a big way with its new March 2022 Taco of the Month: The Roscoe.
The Roscoe is a clever cross between a breakfast taco and a waffle. The sweet and savory new dish consists of a crispy waffle topped with fried chicken, crispy bacon, and a fried cage-free egg. The whole thing is served in a flour tortilla and drizzled with a hint of sweet maple syrup. Though it might not be all that easy to eat, The Roscoe is sure to satisfy any craving – morning, noon, or night.
Alongside the March Taco of the Month, Torchy's is also bringing back the Sucker Punch as the Drink of the Month for March 2022.
