The Poundland brand activation recently hosted at the Epsom Derby, an annual horse race taking place at Epsom Downs in Surrey, England, each June. The interactive experience hosted by the dollar store retailer provided a myriad of race-inspired activities for attendees of all ages to partake in.
The social media-friendly activation was supported by the #OnTheHill hashtag, with those participating in the activities encouraged to share their experience through various social channels, giving the event exposure to those who may not have been able to make it in person.
The elaborate Poundland brand activation was produced by agency Savvy, who noted the event was one of the largest and most ambitious ever executed by the creative firm.
