These Plant-Based Cakes Come in Variety of Tasty Options

A new range of plant-based cakes have been created in partnership between specialty bakery brand Finsbury Food Group and Bosh! to help offer consumers a vegan-friendly product for special occasion celebration or everyday indulgence. The collaboration between the two brands has resulted in the Ultimate Chocolate Cake and the Luscious Lemon cake, which are both bursting with flavor. The partnership has also resulted in two Happy Birthday Cakes that come in Vanilla and Chocolate flavor options, and can be hand-piped with icing for custom messages.

Founders of Bosh! Henry Firth and Ian Theasby spoke on the new plant-based cakes partnership with Finsbury Food Group saying, "Our mission at Bosh! is to make it easier and more enjoyable for everyone to eat more plants. We want to make plant-based diets and foods more appealing, more accessible and more available to everyone, and that includes treats like cake.
