TOUS les JOURS is making its menu more accessible to those with a range of dietary needs and preferences with the launch of two new plant-based cakes: the Plantastic Raspberry Chocolate Cake and the Plantastic Blueberry Chocolate Cake.
Available now from participating TOUS les JOURS locations nationwide, the new plant-based cakes are vegan-friendly desserts made from entirely plant-based ingredients. Both the Plantastic Raspberry Chocolate Cake and the Plantastic Blueberry Chocolate Cake boast a dense, chocolate cake base and a berry-flavored filling, with vegan cream cheese on top. As Sue Han, Marketing Manager for TOUS les JOURS, explains, "They are a delicious treat to close out the summer and a respectful nod to our planet, moving us one step closer to a cleaner, more sustainable environment."
