These New ADM Plant Protein Products Come in Eight Options

These new plant protein products from ADM have been added to the brand's ingredient portfolio as a series of solutions for food manufacturers to help them respond to increasing calls for plant-based, protein-rich fare. The product range includes soy protein isolates alongside pea flour and soy protein concentrates that are formulated with plant-based meat alternatives, alt milks, beverages, snacks and baked goods in mind. Two products under the Arcon brand with textured and concentrated soy protein profiles are targeted towards customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Vice President, Protein, North America Greg Dodson spoke on the new plant protein products from ADM saying, "Protein is one of the most dynamic areas of nutrition, with consumers now asking for more variety, functionality and choices than ever before.
