ADM Partnered up with New Culture to Scale Alternative Dairy Production

'Archer Daniels Midland' (ADM) announced a new ADM x New Culture partnership in collaboration with the animal-free dairy company. Through this collaboration, the two companies will work to scale the production of alternative dairy products, beginning with New Culture's animal-free mozzarella substitute. ADM stated that it believes in New Culture, as its products are "better for you, the planet, and our food systems with the power of precision fermentation."

In addition to scaling production, ADM will assist New Culture in several ways such as new product development, food service partnerships, consumers applications, retail expansions, and more. ADM stated that its first food service market goal is to bring the animal-free mozzarella to pizzerias across the United States by 2023.
