Pix2pix is the name of a new artificial intelligence that helps to create a realistic-looking portrait and many other images by only giving the computer simple outlines to fill with the materials and colors to look like a real photograph. The technology that is being used here is called G.A.N or "Generative Adversarial Networks."

NVIDIA, the leading graphics company, developed some of the G.A.N. technology to make it able to create human-looking faces that can't be distinguished from real photographed portraits.

With the brilliant new AI technology, some fear that the technology is so realistic that it may be used to create fake IDs and scams.
