At ISM, the world's largest trade fair for snacks and confectionery products, a number of new pink ruby chocolate products are now being unveiled. Ruby chocolate, known as the fourth kind of chocolate after milk, white and dark varieties, is distinctive for its naturally rosy hue and taste, which is said to be sweet yet sour and berry-like.

To build upon the unique flavor of ruby chocolate, which is entirely new to the average consumer, the 'Chocolate Passion' range was unveiled with an array of small chocolate squares in experimental flavors. Some of the fun varieties available include: Salt & RubyYuzu, Wasabi & RubyChilli and Pistachio & RubyMandarin.

Notably, many new ruby chocolate products are being created expressly for Millennials, as confectionery brands see that they will appreciate the treat's natural pink shade and all-new flavor experience.
