I wish I had this Pie Crust 101 parchment paper when I took cooking class in high school. Then my classmates wouldn't have had to put on a fake smile as they scarfed down some questionably cooked food.
The Pie Crust 101 parchment paper was designed by Ashley Ross to promote culinary classes at the Pastry Training Center of Vancouver, B.C. On it is a set of instructions to guide cooking newbies through the necessary steps they need to take in order to cook up delicious pie crusts. There's even a circle in the middle of that parchment paper that acts as a guide for people to roll out their crust dough into the perfect circular shape. If you manage to screw that up though, maybe it's best if you just eat other people's food rather than trying to make your own.
