The Pho Shot by Gao Viet Kitchen Uses Soup Broth for a Smooth Finish

Gao Viet Kitchen uses its delicious soup broth to create the Pho Shot. The Vietnamese restaurant is known for its traditional Vietnamese meals and has recently gained viral recognition for its innovative soup shot chasers. After overwhelming amounts of requests from customers, the Pho Shot has become a fixed menu item.

The shot combo includes a shot of whisky or tequila with a marrow pho broth on the side as a chaser. Customers must first take their selected spirit shot and follow up with the beef broth. The broth is cooked for 25 hours before it is served and includes marrow and spring onions. Customers can choose to add sriracha, hoisin, lemon, and jalapeno to their chaser.
