Japan already plays host to multiple Snoopy-themed tea houses, a Peanuts cafe and a Peanuts museum, but a new Peanuts hotel may just be the peak of ultimate Peanuts fandom. Located in Kobe, the hotel's focus is of course on the classic comic strip, but it also proposes the idea that “It’s nice to have a home where your guests feel comfortable.” This quote is not only the ethos of the hotel but also appears in a Peanuts comic strip quote where Snoopy's home is used as a temporary home for a flock of birds.
The Peanuts hotel is currently in construction, but it will reportedly have multiple guest floors with themes such as 'Happy' or 'Love.' The hotel will have a total of 18 rooms, with each being designed on a Peanuts comic strip. A Peanuts cafe will be featured on the first floor of the hotel, while the second floor will feature a Peanuts diner.
