To make your own berry and peanut butter smoothie at home, you will require unsweetened coconut milk, a frozen banana, frozen mixed berries and peanut butter. For those who are really on that health kick, you can also add hemp hearts, spirulina and a handful of spinach. You can also experiment and add in your own ingredients.
