Barilla's Playlists Help to Cook Perfect Al Dente Pasta

Pasta lovers who are serious about cooking perfect al dente pasta might invest in a dedicated pasta timer for the kitchen or they may just make the most of the playlists from Barilla on Spotify. Anyone can add noodles to a pot of boiling water but there are nuances when it comes to properly preparing pasta of different shapes. Barilla and Spotify created a series of playlists that coincide with the exact cooking times of popular pasta shapes.

The Playlist Timer campaign includes a total of eight Spotify playlists that go all the way up to 11 minutes, and each one is tailored to a different pasta shape. There's Moody Day Linguine, Mixtape Spaghetti and Boom Bap Fusilli, all of which can be used as a helpful tool in the kitchen for cooking perfect al dente pasta.
