White Castle's New Panko Breaded Fish Slider is Here in Time for Lent

Just in time for the Lenten season, White Castle has debuted a new Panko Breaded Fish Slider.

During Lent, many people abstain from eating meat and opt for fish instead. As a result, many fast food outlets roll out more seafood offerings during the Lenten season, and White Castle is no exception. Its new Panko Breaded Fish Slider consists of a wild-caught Alaskan Pollock filet that's been coated in panko breading, fried until crispy, and topped with melted American cheese.

To round out its seafood offerings, White Castle is also offering Shrimp Nibblers, which consist of buttermilk-fired butterfly shrimp, and Fish Nibblers made of breaded and fried Alaska Pollock. Finally, there are Clam Strips made from breaded Atlantic Surf Clams that have been fried to a golden brown.
