Being active is hard on the body. In fact, it can be so hard that the idea of panic button activewear doesn't seem so ludicrous. Imagine suffering from such a bad cramp you can't walk or worse, triggering a heart attack. This and more can happen when pushing your limits. What makes the partnership between Yogasmoga and Wearsafe Labs so promising considering all of the other safety technology out there is the immediacy and ease of using it.
Currently working with iOS systems, and soon Android, the panic button activewear will be part of a subscription service platform, but it still in its conceptual stages. "Our goal is to get the chip inside the device to be so inexpensive that we could just incorporate it into clothing," says Rishi Bali, the cofounder and CEO of Yogasmoga.
