Roga Unveils Its New Stress-Reducing Wearable

LA-based startup Roga has announced the launch of its newest performance-focused wearable that has been specifically designed to help users manage "stress and burnout." Unlike other wearables, Roga's new product leverages the power of "non-invasive electrical brain stimulation" to help combat these issues.

The new wearable is combined with a Roga-built app that features a variety of video content. Users simply watch the videos while wearing specialty headphones that have been designed to stimulate the brain electrically. As users follow along with these prerecorded videos, the electric transmission delivered through the headphones work to reduce stress. As of right now, the company does not have full FDA approval. However, the new wearable, even only as a new concept, presents an interesting and innovative potential solution for stress management.
