Palm & Bean's Cold Brew Coffee with Coconut Milk is launching as the first dairy-free, shelf-stable ready-to-drink specialty coffee. The product is made with certified fair trade cold brew coffee and packaged in a conveniently portable Tetra Pak container for grab-and-go enjoyment.
With the rise of both coffee culture and plant-based beverages, Palm & Bean identified an opportunity to expand the dairy-free options in the coffee category. As Palm & Bean co-founder Marty Molina says: "We feel almond or soy milk tends to overpower the cold brew coffee flavor notes. Coconut milk is a naturally terrific creamer for coffee, it complements and enhances the coffee and delivers healthy fats, potassium and just the right amount of sweetness."
