THE CHOP is the most exclusive wine from Yao Family Wines, founded by retired basketball star and global humanitarian Yao Ming, and this paired wine comes with a unique digital asset in the form of a limited-edition NFT. With this wine for auction, the winery is setting itself apart as the first in the world to offer a wine paired with a NFT digital collectible.

THE CHOP DROP kicks off on April 14th and the wine and NFT auction will be offering 200 paired lots. Of these editions, there will be special attention paid to the number 11 bottle, as it represents the year that the winery released its first vintage, and the number sported by Yao Ming during his NBA career.
