Being that every home and retail space is being inundated with a bevy of different technology items, the Ossia Cota ceiling tiles come as a way to keep everything charged. Revealed at CES 2017, the Ossia Cota ceiling tiles are capable of wirelessly charging devices within a 30-foot range that allows up to four devices to be charged at a time.
The ceiling tiles can be used to charge smartphones, smoke alarms, speakers and much more without having to have any devices connected to a wire. The tiles are purported to be safe for people and pets, and are said to not interfere with WiFi connectivity.
The Ossia Cota ceiling tiles naturally require receivers within devices in order to work, so the brand is currently developing partnerships to get the process going.
