Tallest Australian Skyscrapers

Cottee Parker and BKK Architects Presents Plans for One Park Lane

Architecture firms BKK Architects and Cottee Parker have joined forces to unveil proposals for the One Park Lane skyscraper. The supertall structure will be the tallest building in Australia if it is built. The development highlights a pair of designs, including a commercial tower with 60 storeys and a residential tower with 101 storeys.

Managing director at Baracon Brett Rogers explains more on the design development, "This development will help address the desperate need for more housing on the Gold Coast and stimulate broader economic activity. We know the private sector has a vital role to play in helping ease the housing shortage here on the Gold Coast and we're proud to be part of that solution."
