The Ondrej Pakan 'Dew-Soaked-Bugs' photo series is a stunning array of freshly rained on insects that have been shot in an extremely up-close-and-personal manner.
Pakan, a Slovakian photographer, specializes in macro photography and often gets soaking wet while snapping these bugged-out shots. However, the delightful images he captures would surely be worth getting drizzled on a little bit.
Each insect photographed is perfectly posed and seemingly frozen in time, with every drop of water sitting beautifully on top of their miniature bodies.
Morning dew rests on the bugs' bodies in perfect spheres, and the entire image is crystal clear and focused with many of the little critters looking directly into the lens of the camera.
Even the most insect-opposed out there could not deny how striking these images are and will forget their bug-eyed, multiple legged phobias for just long enough to appreciate these insects after a fresh morning dew has covered them head to toe.
