The Obsoless iPhone case is an aftermarket accessory for users of older iPhone models that will incorporate USB-C support to eliminate the need to upgrade to the latest handset. The smartphone case feature a decidedly simple, subtle aesthetic that offers everyday protection from drops and scraps, while also shifting the connectivity port from the bottom-middle to the lower righthand side. The case connects into the Lightning port on the smartphone and converts it to a USB-C port for easier charging and data transfer.

The Obsoless iPhone case was designed by Swiss engineer Ken Pillonel and will also enable a stronger magnetic connection when being used with MagSafe-compatible chargers. The case has been designed in a number of styles to work with devices including the iPhone 14 and down.
