Williams Sonoma's Noci's Garlic Bread recipe is presented by Noci Sonoma culinary director and co-founder Aria Alpert Adjani.
Adjani is known for her artisan garlic bread creations, each made with local ingredients including Straus Family Creamery butter that is crafted from organic and locally farmed milk. She also is known for preferring sourdough loaves that are sourced from Santa Rosa's Red Bird Bakery.
Sharing Noci's Garlic Bread recipe with the masses, Adjani recently featured it on Williams Sonoma's website. The recipe suggests cutting your sourdough into individual slices to ensure a well toasted final product and gives at-home chefs the option to cut a loaf in a cross-hatch pattern without cutting completely through it. If choosing the latter option, they are encouraged to fill each gap between slices with fresh parsley, cheese and other tasty garnishes.
