Jason’s Sourdough Unsliced Boule has been announced by the brand in the UK as an intact loaf option for consumers to pick up when seeking out an alternative to pre-sliced varieties.
The bread, formally called The Great White Boule, features the same recipe as the brand's signature sliced product to give consumers the opportunity to customize how it's served. This embraces personalization and also offers a home baking-inspired experience without having to do any work. The bread is arriving now in Tesco locations for £2.70 and is made with simple ingredients including wheat flour, water, rye flour, salt and fermented wheat flour.
Master Baker Jason Geary spoke on Jason’s Sourdough Unsliced Boule saying, "The boule is the loaf that does it all – you can chop it chunky, slice it thin, or tear and share it at the table. Some people want their bread as the star of the meal, others want it to play a supporting role – the Unsliced Whole Boule lets them choose, and that’s what makes it so exciting. We’re delighted to bring our signature sourdough in a new format to our customers and continue expanding the brand’s innovation.”
