McDonald's Will Introduce a New Mask Policy to Protect Staff and Customers

McDonald's recently announced a new mask policy in order to keep it employees and staff safe during the pandemic. The new mask policy will be put in place on August 1st, and it will be extended to all of the brand's locations. the company also stated that approximately 80% of its locations are already required a face mask due to local regulations.
The company also outlined plans if customers decline to wear a face mask, "In those situations where a customer declines to wear a face covering, we'll put in place additional procedures to take care of them in a friendly, expedited way." McDonald's staff will also be trained on how to address the policy in a positive manner.
