Lighting designer Sabine Marcelis has created neon lamps for her 'Voie' light collection to analyze paths of light.
Using cutting-edge technology and techniques, the neon lamps appear in circular and oblong shapes and form a thin hoop. The designer said that using resin allowed her to "manipulate the line of light". Doing this allowed her to create different concentrations of light that had different effects. The lamps themselves are hoops that sit atop translucent platforms and give off various colors of light, including red, white and blue. In the day, the lamps have a neon glow to them, making it possible to have them as a statement piece in any setting.
These neon lamps would not only be a good fit for a modern bedroom or living room, they are excellent innovations that take advantage of new technologies.
