Kalshi Debuted Its Giannis Antetokounmpo NBA Finals Ad

Kalshi has released a 60-second NBA Finals ad that premiered during Game 1, featuring NBA champion and brand investor Giannis Antetokounmpo alongside his brothers Thanasis, Kostas and Alex in a Grease-inspired spot. The campaign highlighted Giannis’s comedic side, with Kalshi securing Paramount’s intellectual property and completing production in under 30 days.

Antetokounmpo originally joined Kalshi as its first NBA shareholder through his company Ante Inc. in February, adding the prediction market exchange to a portfolio that includes Improbable Media and venture fund BYL Ventures.

As prediction market platforms push into mainstream visibility, Kalshi shows how pairing a high-profile investor with a culturally recognizable concept can generate attention around a financial product that many consumers are still discovering.
