'Musoga' is a Hybrid Fitness Class That Combines Yoga and a Live Orchestra

To help wellness-obsessed millennials get more out of their yoga practice, a Glaswegian music venue is offering a hybrid fitness class called 'Musoga.'

Musoga is described as "a brand new multi-sensory phenomenon" that combines yoga and classical music. The first Musoga event is set to take place on May 29th at the St Luke's & The Winged Ox in Glasgow, Scotland. Over the course of one hour, attendees will enjoy a vigorous yoga class accompanied by a live orchestra. Event organizer Christian McDade, explains that the "idea stemmed from my love of music and passion for music therapy," meaning the class is specially designed to promote wellness and relaxation -- something that is sure to appeal to fitness-minded millennials.

The combination of orchestral music and yoga demonstrates how classical music is gradually becoming more accessible to millennials.
