Hacha’s Cymatics Menu Influences Flavor with Sound Waves & More

Cymatics is the name of the musically inspired menu at London agaveria Hacha, and it shares a taste of a dozen new flavorful cocktails influenced by sound waves, vibrations and frequencies. Hacha co-founder and agave expert Deano Moncrieffe said, "When exploring if there was an alternative way to create cocktails, we discovered cymatics and instantly knew we wanted to experiment and see where this method would take us.”

When they're preparing to order, guests browse a menu is the style of a music streaming service. On the menu, there's a new rendition of Hacha's award-winning Mirror Margarita and it takes cues from Kendrick Lamar’s track, Mirror. The crystal-clear serve is created using Patrón Silver, cane syrup, Hacha sour mix and grapefruit oils. Also on the musically inspired cocktail menu, there are drinks inspired by bands and artists like The Clash, Stormzy, and David Bowie.
