HIMKOK and Sony Music Norway Partnered for a New Menu

Cocktail bar HIMKOK and Sony Music Norway partnered for the new Beats & Sips menu that's slated to launch September 26, 2024 to provide patrons with a curated lineup of signature cocktails.

The menu shines a light on the rich cultural heritage in Norway and consists of 13 signature cocktails, which each center around one ingredient with in-house spirits like gins, aquavits and distillates in the spotlight. The menu is also being launched with songs crated by local Norwegian artists inspired by the signature cocktails, while the physical menu is accented by a QR code. This code, when scanned, will direct guests to Spotify where they can stream the various tracks.

The collaborative HIMKOK and Sony Music Norway Beats & Sips menu was spearheaded by head of research and development Paul Aguilar, bar manager Maroš Dzurus and head bartender Sebastian Sandvik.
