The LuminAir cocktail bar in Amsterdam has announced its second collaboration with an artist that will see patrons able to enjoy a series of recipe that are each influenced by color. The cocktail menu was created with artist Lynn Spoor and head bartender Alejandro Saravia, and centers on six colors including red, orange, yellow, blue and purple. Patrons will be able to explore the options with The Classics by Colour alongside an additional section that features six more recipes, three of which are non-alcoholic.
Saravia spoke on the new menu at the LuminAir cocktail bar saying, "Being limited to a single colour when creating a cocktail is challenging on one hand but also provides guidance. The cocktails were largely developed in the lab, but remain accessible. We don’t want to serve complicated cocktails.”
