Motorola's wrap-around smartphone is a conceptual design that turns almost 100% of the phone into a screen. The primary purpose of the smartphone indeed is to use its screen. Motorola aims to maximize the screen's accessibility with its new wrap-around screen display design.

The concept has virtually no front or back. It would be equipped with software that adjusts the elements on the screen to match the orientation of the phone at all times. If, for example, the user has their phone in their pocket, the smartphone's software will adjust so that the side facing the user is always the front. Motorola's wrap-around smartphone concept will require sensors to determine its orientation in these cases.
