Fast-casual restaurant franchise Moe's Southwest Grill is setting itself apart as one of the first Mexican fast-casual businesses of its kind to open an all-digital location. The kiosk-only restaurant design is set to be introduced to Pittsburgh and Charlottesville in early 2020, featuring an interior with four self-serve kiosks and a refreshed design for the brand.
At these self-order digital kiosks, customers will be able to pay with cash or Apple Pay, and at the Pittsburgh location, University of Pittsburgh students will be able to complete their order with a University credit card.
After finding great success with separate sections for mobile and pickup orders, Moe's Southwest Grill is implementing new systems to support convenience.
