Senior-Supporting Mobility Skateboards

The conceptual 'Stria' modular mobility skateboard has been designed by Cathy Wong as a solution for seniors that would enable them to get around town according to their specific needs. The skateboard-like mobility solution is designed to be used in a range of different orientations including Sport, Support, Commute and Companion to make it well-suited for a wide range of user needs. The unit is imagined with a double brushless motor, while the shuttle-like charging station would allow the skateboards to be stored within and powered up, while also undergoing extensive sanitation.

The conceptual 'Stria' modular mobility skateboard would work effectively to support the needs of both seniors as well as urbanite citizens to keep them mobile according to their preferences.
