This Modern Beach House is Both Contemporary and Warm

This unique looking modern beach house looks very different than what traditional beach houses have come to be stereotyped as.
The 'P12 House' was designed by Martin Dulanto Arquitecto and is special because of its box-like structure and geometric cube design.
Located close to Lima, Peru, this two-storey modern beach house was created in a way so the residents inside the villa can be connected to the stunning outdoors at all times. Using cube-like rectangular-shaped blocks, the oceanside retreat uses these "cubes" to divide the home up -- the biggest cube contains the living room.
By removing unnecessary walls, this interesting architectural structure makes sure the mesmerizing views of the azure blue water, golden sand beaches and lush green park surrounding the house are unobstructed.
