Foxconn is Releasing Two Electric Trucks in Asia and North America

Foxconn unveiled the 'Model B' and 'Model V' electric trucks as the fourth and fifth EVs unveiled by the technology company. Foxconn originally announced plans to begin producing electric vehicles in 2020, and in 2021 it unveiled its first three models. Now, the Model B and Model V are poised as two of its flagship offerings in Taiwan, Thailand, and the United States.

The Model B is a crossover SUV that blends the benefits of a pickup truck with the cabin size of an SUV. The vehicle features a full-size roof, removable seats, and an impressive amount of utility. This vehicle achieves a range of 280 miles per charge, which is similar to the brand's previously announced Model C.

The Model V, on the other hand, is a dedicated pickup truck with cargo space that can be dedicated to optional additional batteries, resulting in increased range at the cost of increased weight. It is important to note that Model B and Model V are not the final names for the vehicles, as the Model C was rebranded to the 'Luxgen n7' prior to its release.
