The Mishima Lounge Chairs are the world's first luxury customizable carbon fiber lounge chairs. The first-of-its-kind furniture pieces are Scandinavian and Japanese-inspired. Using additive manufacturing techniques and advanced carbon fiber composite materials, the brand makes bespoke furniture.
The carbon fiber chair is complete with an ottoman made from the same material. Customers can choose their furniture's fabric, carbon fiber shell, and base for a completely personalized piece. The Mishima chair and ottoman designs were created in collaboration with Branch, an SF-based design agency. The team created a sculptural chair designed to embrace the body for maximum comfort. As the launch kicks off, the brand announced that the first 500 Mishima Lounge Chairs and Ottomans made will become part of the brand's Founder's Series.
