Expanding across Canada are the collaborative Java U and Natrel milk bars that are designed to provide an innovative and modern setting for consumers to engage with milk-based products. The cafés are known as 'The Natrel Milk Bars' and they offer luxury drinks and foods containing a high content of milk, as a way to make the beverage more mainstream and invite consumers to include more dairy into their diet.
Milk is taking a backseat with the rise of popularity in nut and plant-based milk alternatives, which is why 'The Natrel Milk Bar' hopes to revive the popularity in the product with a hip, bar-style experience. At the locations consumers can enjoy full-fat, skim, lactose-free and organic versions of the beverage in a variety of drinks such as lattes and iced beverages as well as foods such as cheese and ice creams.
The menu's presentation will be themed after the milk bar's city location to include, for example, latte art of the Toronto skyline.
