A Little Design's Project in Taipei Covers 17.6 Square Meters

The popularity of ultra-compact living quarters is growing and this micro flat by Taiwanese studio A Little Design is the latest contribution to the category. The mini-apartment is just 17.6 square meters, with a ceiling that reaches 3.4 meters in height. It is equipped with living, bathing and sleeping quarters, as well as a number of storage solutions that address the narrowness of the space.

A Little Design curateS the micro flat for a client who travels frequently and lives abroad for short periods of time. Located in Taipei, Taiwan, the compact abode was previously a piano studio. After the design firm's intervention, however, the space has become a design-forward and minimalist living quarters.
