PANTONE Releases a New Collection of Shimmering Nuances

With futurism as a concept on the rise, companies and designer are beginning to embrace the use of metallic color shades. As a response, PANTONE — which is considered to be “the specialist in professional color standards,” creates and drops a collection dubbed ‘Metallic Shimmers.’ The line boasts 200 striking nuances — from PANTONE 20-0034 ‘Golden Egg’ to PANTONE 20-0146 ‘Magnetic Blue.’

The company makes its range of metallic color shades available in three variants, including a portable fan-like guide, a single-volume binder with color chips, as well as an 8.5 x 11-inch sheet. Each format is specifically designed to satisfy different purposes and work ethics.

PANTONE creates the ‘Metallic Shimmers’ collection to save creative professionals time, effort and promote “consistent color communication.”
