Memphis, Tennessee, the home of Elvis, is rockin' and rollin' with plans to make a master plan for Shelby Farms Park. They want the area to be the new Central Park for the 21st Century. If it gets done it could consume more CO2 than Elvis did PB and Banannas. It might be the jewel in the town crown on the King's grave.
