McGuigan Wines is Entering the Low-Acohol Market with a Rosé and Moscato

McGuigan Wines recently launched a range of de-alcoholized wines that are meant to tap into the growing craze for low-alcohol wines. The new line is being dubbed Delight and will be available in a rosé and moscato. Both wines carry an ABV of 0.4%, with a majority of the alcohol being removed after the wine has had time to ferment and mature. The two expressions manage to maintain an incredible flavor, with the moscato being described as a “sweet wine with citrus and perfume notes and a gentle spritz,” while the rosé is “lightly spritzed” with flavors of “forest fruits, rose petals and a lingering ripe red cherry finish.”

This is the first low-alcohol production by McGuigan Wines and the company hopes that its product will provide a quality option for consumers seeking a premium low-alcohol wine. The entire line will be available at Marks & Spencer and is set to enter the UK market as a premium low-alcohol product.
