Mister Donut and Gion Tusjiri Teamed Up for a Line of Matcha Donuts

Fast food franchise Mister Donut recently launched a new collection of matcha donuts and drinks in collaboration with Gion Tusjiri, one of the most well-known and respected tea manufacturers in all of Japan.

The matcha-themed range includes a total of six donuts and two drinks, each of which boasts a vibrant green color worked into its form in some way or other. Donuts in the collection include the Adzuki Matcha Whip, Matcha Soy Milk Whip and Shiratama Matcha, which integrate ingredients like red bean paste, chewy mochi-inspired confections and whipped green tea.

To round out the collection, Mister Donut is also unveiling a Matcha au Lait and a Match au Lait Soy Milk Whip to add a refreshing twist to cooling off in the summer months.
