Umami Matcha Cookie Milkshakes

The Shake Shack Matcha Cookies & Cream Shake Has Uji Matcha

The Shake Shack Matcha Cookies & Cream Shake is the brand's latest addition to its locations in Hong Kong where customers will be able to enjoy the creamy, umami flavor of the menu item for a limited time.

The shake starts off with the brand's signature frozen vanilla custard that's hand-spun with matcha before being topped whipped cream. The drink is then finished with additional matcha powder and golden cookie crumble to add additional texture and umami flavor. The shake is crafted with premium matcha sourced from the Uji region in Kyoto, Japan from Kitagawa Hanbee to prioritize a high-quality flavor.

The Shake Shack Matcha Cookies & Cream Shake will make its debut on March 5, 2024 but will only be available for a short while.
