A Luxury Hotel in Mexico Lets Guests Request Margaritas from a Butler

Personal butlers are nothing new to the luxury hotel industry but Mexico’s Esperanza, Auberge Resorts Collection in Cabo San Lucas is changing the concept with the introduction of Margarita butlers. The idea behind the program was to introduce a service that would reflect the hotel perfectly and was made available after the eight-month renovation the hotel endured. The Margarita butlers are personally trained to help guests decide on a perfect margarita and can even craft signature versions for guests that request a mix of ingredients.

As part of the Margarita butlers service, guests will also be offered crudités, such as fruit skewers, little bites and cold towels. The exclusive amenity will be available to those that book a poolside cabana which starts at a cost of $140. The service will include six margaritas as well as a live demo of two fresh margaritas mixed in front of the guests.
