El Jefe Desert Cantina is positioned as an agave-focused bar that will offer an assortment of unique cocktails. These include such unique offerings as the espresso martini made with tequila and vanilla horchata, and the soft pour corn, made with corn liqueur fused with tequila. In addition to these novel cocktails, El Jefe Desert Cantina will also offer classic Latin American cocktails like margaritas and palomas, not to mention South American and Spanish wines.
The Latin American influence will also be evident in this agave bar's menu, with executive chef Ben Diaz putting together a menu of small dishes that are inspired by the street food of Mexico.
