The West Hollywood EDITION introduces a design-inspired cocktail program that rethinks bar culture across three distinct venues. Each space—the Lobby Bar, the restaurant Ardor, and the rooftop terrace—features bespoke drinks crafted to reflect the mood and materiality of its surroundings. Levelling expectation beyond simple hospitality, the program uses crafted techniques and premium ingredients to bridge aesthetics and taste.
Within the Lobby Bar the focus shifts toward convivial precision with drinks that echo arrival and departure themes. At Ardor the bar list partners with the kitchen’s produce-forward dishes, using herbal mixes, citrus clarity, and textured foams to complement flavour and form. On the Roof the cocktail experience aligns with the terrace’s twilight ambience and city-view panorama, offering “Alta California” and “Agave Tradición” menus that tap into coastal ease, mezcal depth, and wellness-aware trends. Together the three programs position social drinking as sensory design, making each sip part of a crafted atmosphere rather than a standalone act.
