Magnolia Bakery has announced the launch of its frozen-to-thaw Banana Pudding, a product that aims to combine the convenience of frozen desserts with the quality associated with the brand's signature offerings. After three years of development, the bakery has created a formulation that uses real bananas and addresses the challenges of freezing and thawing traditional banana pudding, which typically results in undesirable texture changes.

Magnolia Bakery's new frozen-to-thaw Banana Pudding is designed to maintain its airy and whipped consistency after being thawed from the freezer. The product is offered in three distinct flavors, including Wafer Cookie Bits, Chocolatey Hazelnut Swirl, and Red Velvet Cookie Bits. The standard serving size is 14 ounces but a smaller three-ounce version will be available on United Airlines flights starting December 1.
