Mac Premo is an artist based out of New York City who has spent the past few years collecting unwanted objects and materials to create his touring art piece entitled The Dumpster Project.
He has collected things like baseball cards, unused ticket stubs, posters, action figures, pagers, dart boards, paper pirate hats and shoes. All of his collected items have been turned into a giant art exhibit that Mac travels with on a flatbed truck. Once all of it is unloaded, visitors are asked to come inside and investigate the world Mac has created.
Each section of artifacts is organized into categories like what eras they are from, the individual textures and colors. The Dumpster Project is currently on display in NYC on Governor's Island.
